Thank you for raising this. We've now added a Specifications & Certification section to the product listing, which includes the confirmed irradiance of 124.1mW/cm² at surface contact, along with the full wavelength, LED and certification details.
We're pet owners ourselves and understand the cost of treatment all too well. Red light therapy has changed things for our own dog Mila, who has arthritis, and we want other dogs to benefit from it the way she has, which is why it's priced the way it is.

Bought the WiFi camera. Surprised how good it actually turned out to be. I particularly like the motion detection that can be linked to your phone or smart watch, giving you notifications. The microphone and speaker are fine for 2 way communication. There are 2 cameras essentially in 1 unit. One which you can manipulate (and follows motion, if you set it that way) and the other is fixed giving you a broad overview of the surroundings. Different light settings allow you to see in the dark very clearly. I’ve found this camera useful in a number of settings around the home so you can communicate with your pets whilst you are out for long days or even in the garage look after your possessions whilst you are away on holiday for example. It’s pretty versatile and can easily be set up anywhere. Recommended, you use again. Thank you chillypup!

Have been looking for better way to use red light for my dog as been using my face panel on her but through research I found out for dogs to get the benefits it’s best to use a device that they wear or have placed on them as their fur can stop some of the energy from the lights to penetrate. Found this one online and was the right wavelengths needed and nice to be able to support a small independent company too. First time of use and Nelly climbed on the pad happy and relaxed.

You are absolutely right that direct contact makes a real difference for dogs, and it sounds like you already had a good understanding of what Nelly needed before you found us. It's lovely to hear she climbed straight on and settled happily first time, that always tells you a lot. We hope it becomes a regular part of her routine.

I was recommended this product for my dog some months ago, and it has definately helped him and his aged joint stiffness. Recently I had a knee replacement opertion and ordered one for me too to help with my stiffness in recovery. I have had it for a few days now and am begining to feel some benefit. Fab company, really caring and expert service.

It's brilliant that it's helping you both, and I hope you're feeling the benefit too as you recover from your knee operation. Just make sure you and your dog are taking it in turns, I imagine there might be a bit of queuing in your house at the moment. Wishing you a smooth recovery.

I purchased 2 of the large pads for both my fur babies as they both have arthritis and my lady has luxating patellar's. I was looking for something to work alongside their pain meds and supplements.
Firstly the customer service from Elliott and Mila is exceptional, I made a mistake on my address and contacted ChillyPup and they were more than helpful with information and even tracked my parcel for me to ensured it was delivered for me.
The pads are a great size and both my pups fit on them with ease.
My lady has taken to the pad really well and will lay and relax on it without much persuasion, my boy on the other hand is more stubborn and it will take alot more treats to convince him that its there to help.
Although I've only had them a few days I am hopeful to see a small benefit in the next couple of weeks.
I am tempted to give them a go myself, it might stop my aches and pains getting out of bed in a morning

It's lovely to hear how differently your two have taken to the pads already, one settling in straight away and the other needing a bit more convincing with treats. That sounds very true to dog personalities. Hopefully it becomes part of their routine alongside the pain meds and supplements, and works well for both the arthritis and the luxating patella.
And if you do decide to try one yourself for your own aches and pains, you might have to queue up behind your dogs for a turn.
